DRIVEWAY EXTENSION
The garage was up. The way in was dirt.
AFTER
A finished metal garage with bare red clay between the roll-up door and the existing driveway. Dusty when dry, mud when wet.

- Poured, finished and jointed, gravel borders both sides
STONE WALKWAY
The side yard nobody used.
AFTER
Worn grass and bare dirt between the house and the fence — the shortcut everyone took, and the first place to turn to mud after rain.

DRIVEWAY REPLACEMENT
From gravel to concrete in one day.
AFTER
A downhill grade with a curve at the base. Both change how concrete is placed and finished so water runs off instead of pooling at the garage.

PATIO EXTENSION
A hot tub needs its own slab.
AFTER
Filled, a hot tub runs several thousand pounds. Set on pavers or bare ground it settles and tilts, and that stress goes straight into the shell.

FOUNDATION
A house on temporary blocks, closed in for good.
AFTER
The home was sitting on temporary supports with no permanent foundation underneath it.

SIDE SLAB
Pouring a concrete slab for a new bedroom addition
AFTER
This strip along the house was bare ground — the first thing to wash out in a storm and dead space the rest of the year.
- Excavated and base compacted
- Vapor barrier and rebar tied in
- Poured flush with the existing concrete
DRIVEWAY REPAIR
Roots split it. We fixed the cause, not the crack.

Bush roots had grown under the slab and lifted it until it cracked. Patching the crack alone would have opened again next season.
